PhysicsRecall
Terms of Use
PhysicsRecall is licensed to you under the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the EULA). These terms add details specific to PhysicsRecall. If they conflict with the EULA, the EULA governs.
Subscriptions and purchases
PhysicsRecall offers a monthly subscription ($9.99), a yearly subscription ($59.99) and lifetime access ($99.99). Monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price in your currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that does not renew. If you have an active subscription and buy lifetime access, cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings so that it does not renew.
iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch
A purchase unlocks PhysicsRecall on iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in with the same Apple Account. Use Restore Purchases if access does not appear. Study progress is stored on each device and does not sync between devices. The Apple Watch app works with your iPhone: it reviews cards your iPhone sends to it and sends the results back.
Educational use
PhysicsRecall is a study aid. It does not replace your course materials, teachers or professional advice. Content may contain errors; if you find one, please tell us so we can fix it.
Optional AI card generation
AI card generation requires your own API key from OpenAI or Anthropic. Your use of that provider is governed by your agreement with it, including any charges for API usage, which the provider bills to you. AI-generated cards can be wrong. Review every card before you add it.
Your content
You own the decks and cards you create or import. You are responsible for having the right to use content you import.
Acceptable use
Do not try to bypass purchases, copy or redistribute the bundled decks, or use the app to infringe anyone's rights.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, PhysicsRecall is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and DuttLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
